Short Biography: My name is John Duffy, owner of Duffy and Sons Catering. I have a degree in Restaurant and Institutional Management from Purdue University and have held Foodservice sanitation licences in two states. Along with many great experiences in my past, I was once in charge of all the catering for G.M. in Dayton and also held the position of Foodservice Director for Dayton Heart Hospital with Sodexho Mariott. I am not your average concessionare; I am a serious professional who knows how to do things right. Together my sons Evan and Kellan will do our best for you at every chance.
Auctioneers: Our primary goal is to bring a clean modern mobile foodservice to your sale. Of course, by offering a good menu selection at competitive prices we fulflll our partnership by keeping auction guests full and happy to stay at the sale.
Large Indoor/Outdoor Events: We are experts at large batch cooking with an emphasis on quality and sanitation. We also have experience with many local rental companies for tents and other large items which we are more than happy to direct the bill on your behalf.
